Stacked&Co. (the operator of this online jewellery store) respects your privacy and processes personal information in line with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
What we collect
We collect the details you give us when you create an account, place an order, or contact us: your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, ring size or other sizing details for made-to-order pieces, and order history.
Payments are processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.
How we use it
We use your information to craft and deliver your order, send transactional email (order confirmations, shipping updates, login codes, tax invoices), provide support, and meet our legal and tax obligations.
We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers needed to run the store: our payment processor, our courier partners (to deliver your order), our email provider (to send the emails above), and our hosting and database providers. Each receives only what they need to do their job.
Your rights
Under POPIA you may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can export or delete your data from your account page, or email us and we will help.
